Who We Serve
Adults (18+) with intellectual or developmental disabilities (IDD) seeking specialized support.
Individuals motivated to achieve independent, self-determined lives through community integration.
Adults with physical disabilities focusing on health, wellness, and social programming.
Participants qualified for state-funded support through DDDS or for Abilities through other funding sources.

Admissions Decision
The first step is reaching out. Contact our team to ask any initial questions and learn about our community integration focus. If appropriate, we will schedule a tour at the desired location so the prospective member can experience the day program in person.
If you like what EPIC is about, reach out to your community navigator or your DDDS case worker to express your interest. They will send us the necessary information about potential members. Even if you are unsure of eligibility, we encourage you to connect with us.
Once the information is received, we will review it and provide a final decision. If accepted, we’ll begin preparing for the participant’s first day.

Enrollment Process
Admissions Decision
The first step is reaching out. Contact our team to ask any initial questions and learn about our community integration focus. If appropriate, we will schedule a tour at the desired location so the prospective member can experience the day program in person.
Complete the enrollment process including evaluation from a licensed physical therapist to assess level of performance and exercise safety.
Once enrollment information is received, we will schedule a meeting with EPIC fitness staff to discuss your personalized fitness goals and if our 'community without walls' model fits your life.
